How does delivery work?
We handle every order with the same care and attention we dedicate to every detail.
As soon as your package is ready and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your order in real time.
While delivery times may occasionally be affected by the courier, we are always available should you need any assistance.

What delivery method do you use?
We ship orders using reliable, well-established courier partners, ensuring safe and fully trackable deliveries in Italy and internationally.

  • Italy (mainland): delivery usually takes 4–5 business days from the delivery date.
  • International deliveries: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

    Delivery Costs:

Italy (mainland): free home delivery
EU countries: €15 home delivery
  • Europe countries not EU: delivery costs start from €25, depending on the destination zone
  • Rest of the world: For delivery costs outside Europe, please contact us directly at hello@anoba.it.

Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.
If you experience delays or delivery issues, please contact us at hello@anoba.it, including your order number.
We will check with the courier and do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
To start the return process, please complete the Return Form available on our website.
Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive return instructions by email within 3 business days.
Please note that items should only be returned after receiving confirmation from our team.
Once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
If your order arrives damaged, please complete the Return Form within 3 days of delivery and email photos of both the packaging and the product to hello@anoba.it.
Our team will review your request and guide you step by step through the return or free replacement.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 business days, using the same payment method selected at checkout.
We recommend keeping the courier’s return receipt until your refund has been completed

My order was returned. Can I reuse my discount code?
Discount codes used on returned orders cannot be reused.
No worries! We’ll email you a new discount code, valid for your next purchase.

What should I do if I receive an item I didn’t order?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
To start the return process, please make sure to select “I received the wrong item” as the reason for return.
You can return the item free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
Once the return has been handed over to the courier, we will issue a full refund.

If you would still like the item, you may place a new order.

Exchanges

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. You can request a size exchange provided that the item is returned unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
To start the process, please complete the Return Form within 10 days of delivery and indicate the size you wish to receive.
Our team will contact you to confirm availability and guide you through the return process.
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement size, subject to availability.
If the requested size is not available, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs for size exchanges:
For orders shipped within Italy, the first size exchange is free of charge.
For orders shipped outside Italy, shipping costs for size exchanges are borne by the customer and depend on the destination country.
