ORDERS AND PRODUCTION

Question How can I place an order online?
Answer

Shopping on ANOBA is quick and easy.

  • Choose your favourite pieces from the collection.
  • Select colour, size, and quantity, then click “Add to Cart”.
  • When you’re ready to check out, open your cart and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  • Enter your shipping address.
  • Choose your preferred payment method from the available options.
  • Review your order and, if you have one, add your discount code in the dedicated field.
  • Finally, click “Place Order” to complete your purchase. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Question Why does delivery take a few weeks?
Answer

We don’t produce in bulk or hold stock: every ANOBA piece is crafted only once your order is placed.
This approach allows us to minimise waste and give each garment the time, care, and attention that make it truly unique. From sewing to embroidery and final quality checks, the process may take over 30 days when an item isn’t immediately available.
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. Once your piece is ready, it will be handed over to the courier and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow its journey from our studio to your doorstep.

Question Can I modify my order after confirmation?
Answer

Once your order has been confirmed, it immediately enters production and changes cannot be guaranteed.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@anoba.it. If your item has not yet entered production, we will do our best to assist you.

Question Do I need an account to make a purchase?
AnswerNo, you do not need to create an account to place an order.
Question How do I know if my order went through successfully?
Answer

Don’t worry! We’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. The email will include a summary of your items and your order number.
If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Question How do I use a discount code?
Answer

You can add your promotional code at checkout, just below the order summary, in the section labelled “Add promo code”.
Enter the code exactly as you received it and click “Apply”.
The total will update automatically.
Please make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code, as this may occur when copying and pasting it from an email or other message.

Question What if the item I want is sold out? Will it be restocked?
Answer

No. Each ANOBA item is created as part of a limited edition.
Once an item is sold out, it is not reproduced. This is part of what makes each ANOBA collection unique.

Question How do I choose the right size?
Answer

Each item includes a dedicated Size Guide on its product page.

DELIVERY

Question How does delivery work?
Answer

We ship every order with care and attention we dedicate to every detail of our products. Once your parcel is ready and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order in real time. Any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, but we remain available if you need assistance

Question What delivery method do you use?
Answer

We ship orders using reliable, well-established courier partners, ensuring safe and fully trackable deliveries in Italy and internationally.

  • Italy: delivery usually takes 4–5 business days from the shipment date.
  • International deliveries: delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

DElivery Costs:
Mainland Italy: free delivery

  • EU countries: €15 delivery
  • Non-EU countries: delivery costs start from €25, depending on the destination zone

Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Question How can I track my order?
Answer

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website and entering the tracking number provided.
If you experience delays or any issues with the delivery, please contact us at hello@anoba.it and include your order number.
We’ll check the situation with the courier and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Question Can I return an item?
Answer

Yes, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and with original tags attached.
To start the return process, please complete the Return Form.
Within 3 business days, you will receive a return label and instructions by email.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to €7 for Italy, unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.

Question What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Answer

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. If your order arrives damaged, please complete the Return Form within 3 days of delivery and email photos of both the packaging and the product to hello@anoba.it. Our team will review your request and guide you step by step through the return or free replacement.

Question When will I receive my refund?
Answer

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 business days, using the same payment method selected at checkout.
Please remember to keep the courier’s return receipt until your refund has been processed.

Question My order was returned. May I reuse my discount code?
Answer

The promotional code used for a returned order cannot be reused.
Don’t worry! Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a new promotional code by email to use on a future purchase.

Question What should I do if I receive an item I didn’t order?
Answer

We’re sorry for the inconvenience!

To start the process, please complete the Return Form and select “I received the wrong item” as your reason for return.
You can send the item back free of charge within 14 days of delivery. As soon as the return is handed over to the courier, we’ll issue a full refund.
If you still wish to receive the correct item, you’re welcome to place a new order.

Question Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Answer

Yes, you may request a size exchange, provided the item is intact, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original labels attached.
To start the process, please complete the Return Form within 10 days of delivery and indicate the size you wish to receive.
We will contact you to confirm availability and guide you through the return process.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you the new size.
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Question Why isn’t my discount code working?
Answer

Each ANOBA discount code is valid for one-time use only.
If you have returned an order, you will receive a new promotional code once your return has been received and verified by our team.

Question Can I request an invoice?
Answer

Yes. After completing your order, please fill in your billing details during checkout.

Question How secure are my payment transactions on ANOBA?
Answer

We use certified SSL encryption to ensure the secure transmission of your data. Your payment details are fully protected.

CARE GUIDE

Question How should I take care of my ANOBA item?
Answer

Each item is designed to last. Always follow the care instructions provided on the internal label.
Avoid prolonged soaking and do not rub or wring the garment.
Do not expose the item while damp to direct sunlight or heat sources.
We recommend washing and drying the garment separately during the first washes to reduce the risk of colour transfer or damage to any decorative details.
Avoid contact and friction with abrasive surfaces or accessories that may damage the fabric or finishes.
Proper use and gentle care will help preserve the quality and original appearance of your item over time.
